My Story

I have spent over twelve years working inside schools, not as an observer, but as a leader responsible for real outcomes.

I have served as an Athletic Director in both highly resourced schools and underserved, poverty impacted communities. On the surface, these environments looked completely different. In practice, they shared the same problem.

Funding opportunities were being missed.

Not because educators did not care or lacked skill, but because the systems they relied on were not built for the reality of school life. Information lived in too many places. Deadlines passed quietly. Follow ups depended on memory. Even in wealthy schools, money went untouched. In underserved communities, the loss carried real consequences.

That experience reshaped how I saw the problem.

Schools do not need more motivation or more tools.

They need better infrastructure.

ThriveFund AI was built from that realization. Not as another platform to manage, but as the system I wish existed when I was in the middle of it. One that reduces cognitive load, creates clarity, and ensures funding opportunities do not quietly disappear.

This work matters to me because I have lived both sides. I have seen what happens when resources exist but systems fail. I have also seen how powerful it is when the right support finally meets the right need.

That is why I built ThriveFund AI. To help schools keep the funding they are already eligible for and direct it where it belongs, toward students, staff, and programs.
